Terms

Bookings should be confirmed by means of a 40% of the total amount deposit paid within five days after reservation. Booking cancelations more than thirty days in advance will get 95% of this pre-payment back. Cancelations made from 30 to 7 days before the check-in will get 50% of the pre-payment back. Bookings cancelled 7 days before check-in will not be reimbursed.

Stays partially cancelled once at Casa San Lourenzo entitle the management to retrieve 40% of the total booking, on the grounds of lost profit.
